  The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has extended the deadline for companies to file their annual returns from January 1, 2024 to April 1, 2024. This extension is due to glitches on the company registration portal and in deference to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector. The CAC encourages all companies to take advantage of this extension to file their annual returns.
