did #Iphone do right?
They explored,
they went back to startup stage and of course they sought creative ways to
bring new ideas/concepts to the market.
What
Nokia did wrong?
They settled at looking at just efficiencies and
things to do to improve what was already in the market. In their internal
environment, they suffered from organizational fear and slow adaptation to
their changing environment.
